Course Expiry

 

The length of time provided to complete your course depends on the course in which you are enrolled.  Further information on timeframes can be found in your Student Handbook.

 

To check the date that you first accessed the course, click on your name in the top right hand side of your otrain leaner portal when you are logged into your account.  Select "View Profile" from the drop down menu and scroll down to "Login Activity".  The date listed under "First access to site" is the date that you commenced your course and your course duration starts from this date.

 

If you have enrolled into multiple courses with our company, you will need to seek clarification on the course start date with administration as the first access date is not course specific, but site specific.

 

If you require additional time to this, extensions can be purchased by contacting  administration either via email on [e-mail] or via phone during business hours on [phone].
